I feel that Maelk is Ugly has failed to understand the rule of kode5/

Firstly, they are all in USA. i see no reason why they have to put MY.

Next is they BD obviously without understanding the kode5 BD rules.

4.12. Backdooring your enemies’ buildings (towers, barracks) is forbidden. This means that you are NOT allowed to initiate an attack on a building approaching the specific construction without creeps. Once you have started attacking an enemy building with the help of your creeps (which means that creeps are at least in the range of the tower) you are allowed to kick it, even if all of your creeps have died during the attack. If a building is deniable you are allowed to destroy it at any time. Once you have entered your enemies’ base with your creeps you are allowed to attack any building you want and you are also allowed to stay in your enemies’ base even when all of your creeps died. In that case all the buildings you’re going to attack have to be accessed through the gate your creeps passed through when entering the base.

Lastly i feel that they are getting cocky ard.

1.4. It absolutely goes without saying that the contestants of the KODE5 DotA Challenge act mannered and mature. Flaming and misbehaviour of any kind may result in severe punishment up to exclusion from the tournament.

The tower had more than 200 hp (not deniable)and there has no attack been started with creeps during the time the tower was destroyed. This case counts as backdooring and is restricted by our rules and regulations. Even if Maelk is Ugly had an advantage they broke the rules and have to be punished for this - Righteous receives a default-win and advances to the next round.

There is an absolutly need of reading and understanding the rules and regulation for competing in the KODE5 Tournament.

Are you serious... Have you even looked at the picks Perdita? Have you looked at the replay? The whole game was dominated by us. We even camped their fountain for a good 5 minutes straight. I don't understand the meaning of this decision. That's like saying MYM or SK vs.'ed some random street team and lost because they hit a tower once out of turn. What would that come out to be?

Go to http://dota.kode5.com/en/cup/2/match/435/?page=last and please give it a second thought. Killing that tower a minute later, two minutes later, three minutes later, would not have changed the game in any way. Also, giving this team a defwin after my team had such a huge advantage, as in HUGE advantage (even camping their fountain for 2-3 minutes straight) would just put down KODE5's reputation as a tournament. All of this just DOES NOT ADD UP. Thanks.

1.2. It is mandatory for all teams and players to read and fully understand the Kode5 DotA Challenge rules & regulations. Ignorance of the tournament’s regulations won’t protect you from punishment.

my team also owned opponents and we got dq for getting 3 bkb which is crap
i totally agree waste of joke time
score was 45-12 and we clearly dominated the game which dont even make sense if one bkb less would make a difference
yes rules are rules, but marshall should have their own eyes to see some facts other thn just 'rules'

What are rules for when it is not treated seriously? The rules are there to make it fair play game. Where are your gamemanship..

An example, let say soccer. pull the keeper down and use your hand to put the ball in the net when it not allow.

The referee see it clearly. Give him a warning and give/deny them the goal?

But..The obvious thing is..
He will be immeditately sent off without question.It the same for any other games. The rules are there to be followed. We read the rules carefully and get it hard in our head. You learn the rules before u start any game.

let look back at dota. 3 of your player BD. 3 of them are sent off. Is there still a need to say which side will take the win? Do not throw abuse at admin. You are not even famailar with the rules. That childish.

Comparing DotA to soccer is a completely different matter because each game has its each different set of rules to be strictly followed. Did KODE5 set any punishments clearly out for backdooring? Did they say in any of their rules "Backdooring, or any form of breaking some of these rules, will result in an automatic default win no matter by how much the other team was winning by"? No, it just said "Punishments will follow". What punishments? Was it really THAT close of a game and THAT game-breaking to let it go to a default win? Please explain how that works.

What if, you guys could just get off? A team next will try to BD all tower knowing that they can get away with it.

The admin are here to set an example.
