wats the rule on using the pick/ban process page?

4.4. The banning and picking procedure has to be done using the KODE5 Ban/Pick tool. You can access this tool directly from the matchpage. Please note that you still have to find suitable date with your opponent for picking and banning. The tool also randoms the first pick and the matchside (Sentinel/Scourge).

so wat if we dont use the tool ?
im asking this because, as i troll on match pages i noticed some of teams didnt used the pick/ban tool.
our last game vs gg-mixx, 2 of our picks got randomed. Are we allowed not to use the tool? Is it fair if we change the randomed heroes?

those teams were officially warned for not using it.
